Wow! It is a pretty exciting time for many first time home buyers in our area - and for those few who would like to get back into real estate ownership again. With the available CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation) programs and the new Ontario government programs and tax incentives to stimulate the housing market and economy, many people are now able to realize their dreams of home ownership. If you have a good plan in place and you stick with it, you can now invest in the bank of “yourself” instead of paying “the man” every month.
